Questions foremen and owners actually ask.

Does it really work without signal?
Yes. Safety forms are captured and signed fully offline; submissions queue on the device and sync automatically when coverage returns. Retries are deduplicated, so nothing is filed twice.
Who counts as a paid seat?
Foremen — the people running forms in the field. Workers are unlimited and free on every plan, and so are your first two office admins. Each admin beyond two uses a foreman seat, same as adding a foreman.
What happens if I add a third admin?
It costs one foreman seat, priced at your current tier — the same seat pool as your foremen. You'll see it reflected immediately in the Billing tab before you confirm.
Can the PDFs carry our company's logo and colours?
Yes. Every generated PDF — tailgates, inspections, tender letters, compliance summaries — carries your company name, logo and colours, not ours.
Is our data locked in?
No. Your data is yours: admins can export the full organization (CSV of every table plus a file manifest) at any time, and signed submission PDFs are always downloadable.
Does it satisfy WorkSafeBC requirements?
