Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026. This page describes how Ordinex handles data for the organizations and users on the platform.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, organization) provided at signup; field data your organization enters into the app (forms, deliveries, schedules, documents, photos); and standard technical data (device, browser, IP address) needed to operate the service securely.

How your data is isolated

Ordinex is multi-tenant: every organization's data lives in a shared database, walled off by row-level security policies enforced at the database layer, not just in application code. One organization's records are never queryable by another organization's users.

How we use it

To operate the platform (render forms, generate PDFs, send notifications you've enabled), to bill your subscription (via Stripe), and to improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your field data — safety forms, photos, project records — to train any model or share it with third parties for marketing.

Who can see it

Your organization's admins, foremen and workers, scoped by the roles and permissions your admin configures. Ordinex staff can access data only as needed to provide support or maintain the service.

Third-party processors

We use Supabase for database and file storage (hosted in Canada), and Stripe for billing. Both are bound by their own data-processing agreements; neither is authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

Organization admins can export the full organization — every table, every file — at any time from the Settings tab, no request required. To request deletion of an account or organization, contact us below.

Cookies

Ordinex uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your session. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll notify organization admins by email before the change takes effect.
